The rooms are well equipped with basic hotel amenities such as air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, television, with free to air programmed with a variety of channels, bar fridge and a private ensuite. Our friendly team is committed to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Guests staying in our Standard Queen, King, Superior Queen, and Cottage One Queen Rooms can use the communal kitchen to prepare and enjoy meals. Please note that cookware and cutlery are not provided, so guests will need to bring their own. Cooking in guest rooms is not permitted due to fire safety requirements. Our one- and two-bedroom apartments and cottage with two bedrooms have fully equipped kitchens for your convenience.

A coin-operated laundry is available on site. Washing costs $6 per load, and drying costs $6 per load.

Pets are not permitted at any of our locations

For long-stay accommodation, housekeeping is not included including general clean and linen change. Guests are responsible for keeping their accommodation tidy and managing any cleaning requirements throughout their stay.Room inspections may be conducted to ensure rooms are maintained in a clean and tidy condition.

To apply, you will need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID along with your two most recent payslips.Please note that if your accommodation is not being paid for by a company, you must be in full-time employment to meet our eligibility criteria.

Yes, extensions may be possible, subject to availability and approval.
